When it was announced that Danger Mouse would be returning to our screens, many lamented that David Jason would not be reprising the eponymous role. They obviously had never seen this, or they would have been positively breaking out the bubbly over the choice of Alexander Armstrong instead. Our son's language may be minimal at times, but Pip Ahoy is assessed as "badly made rubbish", and not without good reason. — David
