Based on Ted Dewan's series of children's books, Bing charts the adventures of the inquisitive Bing Bunny and his friends – Sula (stereotypically girly), Coco (control freak) and Pando (shows early signs of ASD). Bing lives with his diminutive carer, the saintly Flop, who always has the right answer and keeps his cool even when Bing cracks his smartphone and throws it in the bin. Thrill as Bing and company wreck cakes, indulge in casual shoplifting and drop shoes down the toilet. The idiosyncrasies have raised eyebrows: Pando removes his shorts at every opportunity, ostensibly to feel more comfortable (which really is quite normal, at least in our house), while all the adults are half the size of the kids, apparently because young children see themselves as the centre of the universe. Bing himself, meanwhile, is still playing with language – usually by using words such as 'biggerer', to the annoyance of misguided parents with nothing better to do. Myxomatosis. It's a Bing thing. — James
